Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:
Foot Companion provides FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the Continental United States via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We also provide other shipping options accross the United States and Canada via USPS (for US customers) and FEDEX (for US and Canadian customers).  Shipping is calculated on the checkout page via live rates.  You can choose your preferred method of shipping with the live rates provided on our checkout page. 

RETURNS:
All returns for credit will be evaluated on an individual basis. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products and services.  We have a 30 DAYS return policy.  If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return them for full credit, no questions asked.  You will need to call our Customer Service line at 540-904-7823 for a return authorization number prior to returning the orthotic device.  You are responsible for the shipping charge for returning a product to us unless there is a defect with the product ordered.

EXCHANGES:
Foot companion offers a 30 days return and exchange policy on all products including custom orthotics, footwear, custom braces, pre-fab inserts, and other products listed on the www.footcompanion.com website.  Items returned for "exchange," may incur a 10% restocking fee.  Shoes and all non-custom products must be unworn and returned in the original box.  In the event a shoe is defective, we will accept it within 45 days of the original ship date.
